Delivered remotely by our qualified trainers, the course is designed to fit around busy working schedules. It is split into two modules, delivered on separate days to reduce online training fatigue and give participants time to absorb the content.
Attendance at both modules is required to complete the course.

This module gives participants a clear introduction to health & safety legislation in Great Britain. It explains the legislative framework and the different levels of duty organisations need to understand, before exploring core legislation and practical steps that can help support compliance.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of key legal requirements, helping them determine which regulations apply to their organisation and how to manage compliance effectively.

This training course booking is valid for one attendee only. Please do not forward or share the meeting invitation or joining link with anyone else. Access is restricted to registered participants, and only the named attendee is permitted to join the session. If another person wishes to attend, they must purchase their own place and will receive a separate meeting invitation.

If you need to cancel your training course booking, please let us know at least 14 days before the course start date. Requests received after this time, or failure to attend without notice, will result in the full course fee being charged.
The training is completed over two modules, delivered on consecutive days (09:30-13:00). This ensures that you are not unavailable for a full working day and limits online training fatigue.
Yes absolutely! An experienced consultant will be there training you as if it was an in-person course. They will be able to answer any questions that you may have during the training modules – discussion is encouraged!
Assimilated Regulation 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) is not covered within this training as it is a very specialist area. However, we will look at The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations 2002 and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

This is an online course which ideally requires each delegate to have access to a webcam. We encourage all delegates to turn on their webcam and keep the sound turned on, rather than muted. This will enable you to interact with the trainer and other course attendees to get the most from the sessions. You will also be completing activities in breakout rooms and using the chat function throughout the course. Therefore, to get the most out of the training, we recommend that delegates join on separate computers or laptops.
