Yes. This course focuses on the key changes to ISO 14001 compared with the 2015 edition, rather than covering the full requirements of the standard. Delegates should therefore already have a working knowledge of ISO 14001.
Yes absolutely! An experienced consultant will be there training you as if it was as in person course. They will be able to answer any questions that you may have during the training – discussion is very much encouraged!
