Yes. This course focuses on the key changes to ISO 9001 compared with the 2015 edition, rather than covering the full requirements of the standard. Delegates should therefore already have a working knowledge of ISO 9001.
Yes absolutely! An experienced consultant will be there training you as if it was as in person course. They will be able to answer any questions that you may have during the training – discussion is very much encouraged!
All our consultant-trainers hold a virtual trainer qualification. They also deliver a wide range of services, including legal compliance audits and management systems support, for clients across different sectors. This practical experience means they are well placed to understand what the changes to ISO 9001 mean for different organisations and the steps needed to support a successful transition.
You will receive a range of post course resources to reinforce your learning. These include a transition checklist, an overview of the key changes and a ‘Quality Culture and Ethical Behaviour Guide’.
Along with our open courses, we offer on-site training and consultancy delivered by our experienced, qualified consultants — tailored to your organisation and delivered around your requirements.
