If an email from us hasn’t arrived, this is almost always caused by a spam filter or email allowlist setting. Follow the steps below to resolve it.
Emails are sometimes incorrectly filtered as spam. Open your spam or junk folder and search for emails from @thecompliancepeople.co.uk or @legislationupdateservice.co.uk.
If you find the email there, mark it as Not spam or Not junk to help your mail client recognise our emails as trusted in future.
Add our sending domains to your email client’s safe senders or allowed senders list. See the Instructions by email client section below for step-by-step guidance for Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail.
