Amendment
The deadline for the commissioning of equipment used to produce biomethane for injection is extended to 31st March 2030 for applicants who apply to join the scheme on or after 16th October 2026.
The periods for payments and requirements for sustainability audit reports are realigned to scheme years rather than payment years, except for payment years beginning before 1st April 2027.
For tariffs starting after 31st March 2028, clarification is made that support payments are only available until 31st March 2043.
