Amendment
Additional savings are added to the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023 (Commencement No. 11 and Saving and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2026 (a previous update) for the purpose of the Community Infrastructure Levy as referenced in sections 29 and 37 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 to ensure existing references continue to apply until 31st December 2027.
