Gill Lomax

Gill is the Director of The Compliance People and continues to support the delivery of our consultancy services to clients. She has extensive experience and knowledge in the field of quality, environment and health & safety management and has worked with a wide range of business clients across various industries and sectors.

Gill has been with The Compliance People for over 20 years, having started her working life as a consultant. Prior to this, she worked as a HSEQ Manager in the chemical engineering industry. This has given her a breadth of experience in:

• management systems development and implementation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001;
• management systems support for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001;
• management systems integration;
• internal auditing of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001;
• developing and delivering bespoke training; and
• HSE legal compliance.

Gill takes pride in continuing to support the development of the consultancy team and remains actively involved in mentoring, coaching and training new consultants.
