Environmental permitting support
  • Assessment of the need for a permit and the type of permit required.
  • Guidance on how to apply for a permit.
  • Assistance with writing management plans or reviewing existing plans, e.g. fire prevention plans, odour management plans, etc.
  • Guidance on how your organisation will be regulated and what to expect from the regulator.
  • Provision of training on relevant subjects, e.g. Best Available Techniques (BAT), waste coding, etc.
Legal compliance support
  • Completion of legal compliance audits to assess compliance against all environment and / or health & safety legislation that applies to your organisation.
  • Provision of follow up support to address and progress non-compliances and improvement recommendations identified at previous audits.
Management systems maintenance
  • Assistance to review and update your aspects register.
  • Assistance to review and update your risk assessments.
  • Assistance to review and update your risks and opportunities register.
  • Assistance to review and update your objectives register and associated action plans. 
  • Assistance to migrate risk assessments, environmental aspects, etc. onto the Legislation Update Service from existing documents.
