- Record actions to be taken to address risks and opportunities and progress taken

- Link risks and opportunities to relevant environmental aspects within the aspects register
- Link risks and opportunities to relevant hazards within the risk assessment tool
- Document explanatory notes to provide justification as to why a risk or opportunity exists
