Amendment

Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) based in India can apply to the relevant UK body for accreditation, allowing them to become an “approved body”.

Once approved, the CABs will be able to certify relevant products against UK product regulations for the Great Britain market, whilst being based in India.
