The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging and Packaging Waste) Regulations 2024

Producers of packaging must report data on packaging supplied and pay fees to contribute towards the processing of packaging waste. The Regulations also set the rules for compliance schemes which perform reporting obligations on behalf of producers who are scheme members, as well as duties for those who reprocess or export packaging waste.
