Amendment
Technical changes are made, updating references to EU legislation, as Regulation (EU) 2024/3110 laying down harmonised rules for the marketing of construction products repeals and replaces Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 in the EU from 8th January 2026. Products which comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/3110 in the EU are deemed to comply with the assimilated version of Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 as it applies in Great Britain.
