Duties

* Annex 16 of the Chicago Convention contains environmental standards set by the International Civil Aviation Organization.
Amendment
The requirement for the Secretary of State to introduce regulations relating to accreditation by the CAA of qualified entities has been removed. This is because the criteria for such accreditation are already provided within Annex 6. There are no changes to duties for organisations.
