Amendment
The approval of the active substance ‘flufenacet’ is not renewed and will expire on 15th June 2025.
Member States must withdraw authorisations for plant protection products containing ‘flufenacet’ as an active substance by 10th December 2025.
Any grace period granted by Member States must expire by 10th December 2026.
‘Flufenacet’ is removed from the list of candidates for substitution in Regulation (EU) 2015/408.
